Synopsis
When Raag returns to his hometown after a long absence, he attempts to rekindle his friendship with his ailing grandfather by dressing him up in the clothes he wore on the day they met last.

Aakash Chhabra
Aakash Chhabra, 26, studies Producing for Film at Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute, Kolkata. He is an alumnus of the Documentary Summer School of Locarno Film Festival, 2019, and Ji.hlava Academy 2021. In 2021, he produced his dissertation film A Season of Mangoes and wrote, directed and produced his debut short Mintgumri which screened at Dharamshala International Film Festival 2022 earlier this November. He made his non-fiction debut with An Ordinary Day supported by the Charles Correa Foundation as part of the Nagari 2.0 Short Film Competition which was awarded with a Jury Commendation. He is presently working on his essay film An Autumn Elegy on the lives of textile workers in Panipat, Haryana, as part of the genderalities 2021-22 fellowship supported by reFrame Institute of Art and Expression. His debut feature film in development I’ll Smile in September was one of the participating projects at the European Union Film Festival and Cineuropa Screenwriting Lab 2021. He has been selected to participate in the Kyoto Filmmakers Lab 2021 in January 2022 and Reykjavik Talent Lab 2022 in October 2022.
